SHIPPING:
Freight for our site is calculated for UPS Ground based on the total weight of your order. Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, or APO/FPO addresses will not have the freight automatically calculated; therefore, freight will have to be calculated manually by us and we will advise you of the cost.
RETURN POLICY:
Items may be returned within 30 days of the date of sale for a refund of the amount paid for the product. Call 800-794-2485 for a Return Authorization Number. The RA Number will need to be on the outside of your return package, you also need to note your Name and Order Number on the package for identification, and insure all returns for your protection. Product must be returned in new and unused condition in the original box or carton, not missing components or manufacturer's documentation. Refunds do not include shipping costs.
Special orders, drop shipments, or non-stocking items are specifically exempted from this policy and will be assessed an approriate re-stocking charge.
On exchange of defective products, 4 X 4 SUPERSTORE will pay for shipping on the outbound replacement product only.
We do not pay the shipping charges involved in returning goods, unless the error was made by us.
